    PAYMENTS

    We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, Diner's Club, as well as payments made by PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

    We currently only support CAD currency for charging our customers. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in CAD, and your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate.

    SHIPPING

    We ship to most countries.

    Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 business hours to process it for it to ship.

    If you pick a shipping option with tracking then yes you will be able to.

    Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within Canada.

    If you’ve purchased a product with us on pre-order, we will always state the date that your item will be shipped on the product page. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date. If 5 days has elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact us at store@dinealonerecords.com.

    Refunds & Returns

    Dine Alone Records gladly accepts returns on unopened CDs, LPs, and tapes and unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of receiving an order. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error. e-mail us at: store@dinealonerecords.com and we will provide further instructions to start your return.

    Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

    As a business we're constantly changing our prices due to trends, sales demand and other various reasons. This does unfortunately mean that if the price has changed since you've ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.

    Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.
