While Canada Post services are disrupted, we’re continuing to ship all domestic orders using Canada Post rates, but fulfilling them via Chit Chats, our trusted alternative shipping partner.

Please Avoid PO Box Addresses

Chit Chats does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a physical street address at checkout to avoid delivery issues or delays.

Shipping Times & Tracking

Chit Chats' estimated delivery times are:

• Within Canada: 2–10 business days

• To the U.S.: 2–14 business days

Shipping to the United States 

What's Happening?

Due to recent changes to the de minimis threshold, we had temporarily paused shipments to the U.S. We’re now resuming shipments of vinyl, CDs, and cassette tapes, which are classified as “Informational Materials” under U.S. customs regulations. This category is exempt from duties and tariffs, allowing us to ship these items without additional import fees.

What Does This Mean for You?

We are not currently shipping merchandise or non-media goods to the United States.
Deliveries to the U.S. may also take longer than usual due to extended customs clearance times.
